sql이용하여 게시물 등록하던중...

질문1.
$wr_num = get_next_num($write_table);
여기서 get_next_num의 반대함수는 뭐라고 해야할까요..

질문2.
 $sql = " insert into $write_table

wr_content = '$content',

글내용은 함수로 만들어놓고
wr_contents를 함수를 불러와서 글내용을 채우고 있는데요..
본문글내용중에 링크주소..가 포함되어 있으면 아래와 같이 에러가 납니다..
어떻게 해야할까요.ㅠ 링크주소가 없는 일반글은 잘 등록이 됩니다..
