공지사항글 출력될때 글자가 ㅁ 이런식으로 깨지는데 왜그러는걸까요?

euc-kr로 되어있는데 어떻게 수정을 해야하는지;;

글고 출력될때 글자 전체 글 길이를 늘리려면 어디서 수정해야 할까요?

제가 완전 무지하다보니.. 잘 모르겠어요 ㅠ
