공지사항 하단정렬방법관련링크

글쓰기에서 공지사항을 체크하면 항상 상단에 노출이 되는데요.
공지사항을 노출안되게 하는 것은 많은 것 같으나, 반대로 하단에 정렬되게 하는건 없나요?
팁자료실에서 내용인데요.
list.skin.php 에서

for ($i=0; $i<count($list); $i++) {
$bg = $i%2 ? 0 : 1;
?>
이 부분을 살짝 조작해서
<?
for ($i=0; $i<count($list); $i++) {
$bg = $i%2 ? 0 : 1;
if($list[$i][is_notice]) continue;
?>
이렇게 해 버리면 공지사항은 통과 시켜 버립니다.
하면 통과시킨다던데.. 혹 이부분을 수정하면 거꾸로 하단에 나타나는 건가요?
어떻게 하면 될까요?? 신의 한수 꾹부탁드립니다... 감사합니다~
