그누보드가 utf-8, euc-kr 버전으로 각각 나오는데본문
이 버전 중 utf-8 버전은 utf-8 환경의 서버에서만 설치가 가능하며 mysql도 utf-8을 지원하는 환경에서만 사용이 가능한 겁니까? 아니면 그런거 없이 euc-kr 환경 서버나 mysql에서 설치해도 상관없는 겁니까?
