특정 게시판에 회원들이 글을 등록할때 관리자가 정해놓은 파일을 첨부해서 글작성하게 할수있을까요?

즉 글쓰기를 누르면 정해놓은 파일이 이미 첨부파일로 첨부되어있었으면 합니다.
