인터넷이 느린 곳은 이미지 사진의 용량이 크면 서버로 전송하는데 많은 시간이 걸립니다.
그래서 컴퓨터에 사진을 리사이즈한 다음에 서버로 전송하고 싶습니다
어떻게 해야 될까요? 플래쉬로 만들면 가능한가요?
