게시판 한글깨짐현상본문

경로나는 부분만 깨져서 나옵니다.
이부분은 경로로 들어가서 한게 아니라 직접 한글로 쓴건데 ;;;
그누보드 utf-8이구요 호스팅은 카페24로 utf8입니다.
언어버전이 많다보니...
이거 왜이런걸까요 새로 그누보드 utf8로 받으면 따로 인코딩 안해줘도 되지 않나요??
