탑빌드를 쓰고있는데요..

다 같이 UNIX, UTF-8 소스로 되어있는데도..  게시판 한글 입력시 물음표로 나옵니다.

탑빌드에서 db 입력에 한글은 문제없거든요 ㅠㅠ
