latest.skin.php 에서 불필요한 스페이스기호들을 삭제하니 해결되었습니다.

위에 이상한글자나오는건 utf-8포멧이라 그런것 같습니다..
포멧을 ANSI 형식으로 변경하시면 됩니다 ^.^

저도 이 문제 때문에 몇 시간 동안 끙끙댔는데 메모장에서 저장할 때 파일 형식을 UTF-8로 말고 ANSI로 하니까 단번에 해결되는군요.^^
